Soul Stroll 2025 Needs Volunteers!

Volunteers are the “backbone” of Bay Area Community Health Advisory Council. We need volunteers to help make Soul Stroll a success.

  • There are various volunteer positions. First shift starts at 5:30 am and last shift ends at 1:00 pm.

  • View our list of volunteer positions and responsibilities. At Soul Stroll, certain positions/shifts will be reserved for volunteer teams, and may be available after team sign-ups. There are 2 dates for volunteering:

  • Great opportunity for community supporters, group teamwork, teens, young adults, and students. 

  • Volunteers will benefit from a Soul Stroll package valued at $90!

Volunteer requirements 

  • Volunteers must be at least 15 years old and each volunteer must sign a Volunteer Agreement Form. Those who are 15-17 years old must provide parent/guardian information and permission. 

  • All volunteers must complete ticket registration/purchase for the May 17 event.

  • Please read the volunteer information closely and in its entirety. There are important details about requirements, benefits, and expectations. Some volunteers will need to complete an online request form and complete additional steps for team agreement, volunteer service verification, and shift sign-ups.

SOUL STROLL VOLUNTEER ORIENTATION

Volunteer orientation is highly encouraged for you to attend so that you can be well prepared to help make the volunteer operations and event successful. At least one (1) team captain from a Volunteer Challenge Grant Team is required to attend the orientation in person.

Please register to confirm your in-person attendance or leave a message at 650.723.7119. If a volunteer cannot attend in person, there’s an option to attend via Zoom by registering for Zoom attendance.

Location: Menlo College, 1000 El Camino Real, Atherton, CA

                 Brawner Hall 40, Lower Level

  • Enter Brawner through the main level doors

  • Use the stairs or elevator to go to the lower level           

Those who attend in person will get to enjoy light breakfast refreshments and meet the other volunteers.
