Community Health Village Signup

This year’s Soul Stroll event will be on May 17th, 2025 at 1701 Coyote Point Drive, San Mateo, CA 94401 from 8am to 12pm. The Community Health Village, by providing informational and educational materials to attendees, supports BACHAC’s commitment to promoting healthy lifestyles.

Registration Fees and Donation

  1. A $50 registration fee is required to participate as a resource table, unless your organization is a Soul Stroll sponsor. This fee helps to offset the costs associate with offering a Community Health Village at Soul Stroll.

  2. A $25 gift card donation is requested from each Community Health Village participant. These gift cards will be used in our annual drawing at the end of the event to show appreciation for participants who turn in a completed resource table “passport” at the end of the event.

  3. All other attendees from your organization are required to register for Soul Stroll and buy a General Admission ticket for $30.00.

  4. Please note: Soul Stroll t-shirts are provided only to those who purchase a Soul Stroll ticket, or to $1000 sponsors.

Important Event Information

Please note the following: (1) the selling of items or services at this event is prohibited (2) there is limited space available, please make sure to contact afelise@bachac.org  for any questions/comments/concerns or if your organization is not able to attend the event please let her know in a timely manner.

Each organization will be provided with:

  • 1-6ft. table

  • 2 chairs

  • Registration packet

  • Food tickets

    Notes:

  • Setup time is 7:00am to 8:00am. 

  • Any other supplies will need to be provided by the participating organization. Please note, table coverings will not be provided.
