Stanford COVID-19 Community Outcomes (COCO) Survey

Greetings BACHAC Members and Community Partners,

Our partners at Stanford University have invited BACHAC to participate in a 10 minute COVID-19 Community Outcomes (COCO) Needs assessment survey to assess current economic and social needs during the COVID-19 pandemic. They are also committed to make the findings widely available to community agencies to assist us in advancing our work. They also welcome recommendations for best information-sharing methods. Please see the survey information below in English, Spanish, Vietnamese and Simplified Chinese . The fliers are attached and below are some promotional messages in different languages as well.
